From anchor in soul and the love we truly are, we then must descend to meet and learn to work with the ecosystem of parts that form our personality structure. We must learn to make contact with, build trust with, and repair our relationship with parts of us that have become lost in pain. Indeed, the whole of the healing path can be described in terms of trust building.
