Leadership and Responsibility

The leaders we are calling out for today are those who in some silent inner moment, alone with their own soul, have taken responsibility for the whole.

For their community. For humanity. For the Earth.

Not out of some distorted saviour complex. But from that depth of the human heart where the one living whole already vibrates within us all.

From a place that has consented to the pressure of these times catalysing the emergence of who they are as love.

These leaders are those in every different field who have felt the majesty of this planet and the best in humanity pierce their heart so deeply that they cannot not take a stand.

They are those who when everything sacred is threatened like it is today, are willing to step forward into their own dharma, share their heartbreak with the world, and emerge as empowered beings on the other side of having been broken by it.

They are those who now are accessing a current of pure Life through their souls, hearts and bodies, and who are calling others to that same eternal spring.

They are those who are so committed to what wants to come through them that they are willing to stand in the battlefields of our time, amidst the clamour, grief, shock, and fear, and be misunderstood and judged.

They are those who have integrated the regular fault lines of conflict that tear so much of humanity apart - masculine and feminine, mind and body, black, white, and brown, older and younger - within their own heart enough to understand and honour the gifts they each bring.

They are those who are on fire with purpose and love as well as grounded and rooted in their own sacred body.

They are those who see the best in those who stand with them, and call them into it.

They are those who know nothing, and that everything needs to change.

I’m calling forth these leaders.
